No. Your labs — up to 3 per year — are included in the membership, at Quest Diagnostics or via an at-home draw, your choice.
Yes — you can cancel anytime, and canceling is easy. Membership is what keeps your care team, labs, and visits active. If your membership ends, we keep a 30-day continuity window that can cover one eligible remaining fill per medication class, then we hold program fills. Your prescription typically stays valid for up to one year from the date written — a membership hold doesn’t cancel it — and you can ask us to transfer it to another pharmacy anytime through Messages.
